I cook, I’m a cartoonist, I write about travel and food, I live in a cottage in the middle of the woods on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, in Devon (UK).

I also have an Instagram account with the ‘culinary cartoons’ called @kitchenaliacartoons and a Twitter account with other meanderings under the name @KitchenaliaND. My book about food culture in Laos published by Hodder, ‘Ant Egg Soup – The Adventures of a Food Tourist in Laos’ is available on Amazon.

    I wanted to ask if you’ve ever considered what might be possible if we could help drive more traffic and sales to devonium.wordpress.com. I’ve taken a look at your site, and have a few particlar ideas on how we can make that possible.

  2. Re your entry about Chudleighs. In the forties and fifties we ate Chudleighs but also had Thunder and Lightning. That was home made white bread, spread thickly with clotted cream and sprinkled with granulated sugar. yummy!
